Smithville Self Storage is conveniently located off Highway 169, right next Gerber Collision & Glass. Our facility is just a three miles north of I-435, making us easily accessible for everyone in the community.
- No long term contract to sign! Rent on a month-to-month basis!
- No deposit required! We do charge a one time $10 administrative fee.
- You can bring your own lock or purchase a heavy duty disc lock from us for $12.00 + tax.
- Vacate notice required by the 24th of the month.

We provide convenient drive-up access to all units, so you don’t have to worry about stairs or elevators. Our wide aisles make it easy to maneuver your vehicle.
When you are ready to pay your monthly bill just visit our convienient website at smithvilleselfstorage.com and click "Make A Payment". We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards or ACH bank draft payments. Making payments online will help you avoid additional late fees. We also offer autopay so you can set up your account to always charge your preferred method of payment on the first day of the month. It's another convenient way to pay your storage without additional late fees.
While we don't offer boat or RV storage, you can make a little extra room in your garage or driveway by storing your working vehicle, jet ski or small utility trailer inside a storage unit. Please call us with measurements of your vehicle, utility trailer or jets ski so we can better assist you and find the best unit for your needs.

I have has at least one unit since they first opened. The owners are wonderful and care about every renter. I love the fact that I'm the summer they rescue working renters with cold water and check on us frequently . They are super at clearing snow and do so quickly to provide access to each unit. They go above and beyond to help in anyway they can, I feel like part of the family. They will always have my business and highest recommendations. I reside in the KC area now and still I use them for storage pits worth the drive !!“

Doug and his team do a great job! The day I reserved my unit there was a storm coming in and they called to inform me they were moving my unit because it would be safer with the impending storm. You don’t come across companies like this these days. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.“

The ownership is amazing, and readily available for any questions, or assistance. The facility is always clean, and well maintained. I have used this facility for more than 2 years. Not once did we have billing issues, or accessing the facility.
